Domenic Grasso

Co-Founder

Dom has been a personal trainer for 8 years with a background in semi professional soccer. He has worked in other personal training studios previously before branching out to create his own with Josh and Sarah.

He has a background in rehabilitation, weightloss and muscle strength and conditioning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science

Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness

Boxing CS3: Trainer Certification 

Certificate in Kickboxing Skills

Joshua Scuderi

Co- Founder

Josh has been a personal trainer for 10 years. He has worked at difference personal training studios, giving clients the best results possible.

Josh has a background in strength and conditioning, weightloss and marathon running. He himself has competed in 15 marathons, 14 half marathons and also a men's physique competition.

Certificate 3&4 in Fitness

Certificate 4 in massage therapy

Sarah Grasso

Co-Founder

Sarah has been a personal trainer for 10 years working with many general population clientele. 

Sarah has a background in pre and post natal, weight loss and nutrition.

Qualifications:

Certificate 3 & of 4 in Fitness

Certificate in Pregnancy and Postpartum

Performance Nutrition Coach Certification

Michael Gertner

Personal Trainer

Michael has been a personal trainer for over 2 years, working in different gyms and personal training studios with the general population.

Michael has a background in hypertrophy training and strength training.
