Our Mums & Bubs Classes are designed to help mums ease back into training in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment - with your little one by your side

Exercise
Each class focuses on rebuilding strength, improving posture and supporting core & pelvic stability - whilst also helping you feel fitter, more energised and confident in your body again

Community
You'll meet other local mums, share the journey together, and be part of a community that supports you both inside and outside the studio. This is a space where you dont have to "have it all together" - babies cry, feeds happen, nappies get changed - and thats completely normal!

Connection
Its not just about exercise - its about connection. Many mums say this becomes their favourite time of the week.
